Surrey Translation Bureau is a fantastic company to work for. It is a small company where each employee is valued and supported. The company places a great deal of emphasis on employees' development so there are a lot of opportunities for CPD, including attending industry events. Employees are encouraged and supported with their career progression and there are clear training programmes in place.
Teambuilding events, freelancer events and charity events are a regular occurrence. Internal communication is good and there are weekly Monday morning meetings and monthly company meetings to keep everyone informed of developments within the company.
The company also prides itself on looking after its employees' mental wellbeing - there are designated mental health first aiders, regular events to raise awareness and the opportunity to complete wellness action plans.
The colleagues are all very professional and friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the office, situated in a great location in central Farnham.
