      Slowly Falling Apart

      Pros

      Very little. Have a small office for the owners south of Myrtle Beach which is nice to visit.

      Cons

      Owners are in it for themselves. Almost all managers and sales persons left the company. Replacements are inexperienced. Limited opportunity for advancement with no opportunity for salary increase. 401K is limited and health insurance program needs is very expensive for little benefits.

      Pros

      I learned more than I can even explain; everyone respected each other; work was FUN! Some of the greatest people at Superior!

      Cons

      I don't have one bad thing to say. Business was good and the company was growing. If I had to say anything it would be that the office needed rehabbing.
