Over saturated work/ life balance = they expect because of salary positions they own you. Drive time for hourly employees changes their pay 80% of employees are former or active alcoholic/drug users. Good old boy system is in play Promotions are given with out raises Quality techs do not last Techs that know the industry standard and have proven records are degraded and ignored by in experienced /unqualified management. Parts are never order correctly All falls on what they call "senior formen" Which is really combined position of formen and PM without the pay to match. Will T-tap any circut to get job done
