Benefits, unorganized, leadership is undefined since Superhero acquired Judd. Maybe growing pains but I would currently avoid employment there. Too many other options.

Drive time for hourly employees changes their pay

Good old boy system is in play
Promotions are given with out raises
Quality techs do not last
Techs that know the industry standard and have proven records are degraded and ignored by in experienced /unqualified management.
Parts are never order correctly
All falls on what they call "senior formen"
Which is really combined position of formen and PM without the pay to match.
