      Family atmosphere, small company and some staffs were helpful and friendly

      Cons

      No mileage reimbursement or stipend, no room for growth despite expressed promises and took money from pay without explanation. Lack of consideration for employees

      Pros

      The only pro I can see is that it showed me what I do not want in a company that I work for.

      Cons

      The office culture: management wants as much money as they can get in the field, and it promotes quantity vs quality.
