other reviews say "fast paced/long hours" but neglect to explain that the work is tantamount to digging holes and filling them in on a tight schedule. leadership is a nearsighted boy's club making it up as they go along, fueling the chaos they create with the self-esteems and personal lives of the poor souls who get tangled up in it. everyone is in fight or flight mode - the answer is flight.

Horrible culture. Leadership isn't oblivious to it, in fact they promote it to pad their payout. You will work long hours with no recognition. Face time. People browse the internet to stay until 8 PM to "work". No one cares if you come in early, but coworkers will tattle on you if you leave before 6. Some walk around floors during the evening to see who is left. Employees who have stayed loyal to the company (two, three years) have never seen a raise or a promotion, no cost of living adjustment. Hard work goes unnoticed and you can feel the unspoken resentment. Four of the "positive" reviews were written in a two week frame in July 2016. And exactly four more "positive" and vague (no cons?) reviews written in March/April 2017. Coincidence? Whoever said 9/80 is lying, and "high ethics" is false. I know several employees who are verbally abused and thrown under the bus, yet management looks the other way. Don't believe anything written in those reviews.
