      Fair salary, Great crew, very poor HR

      Pros

      Very good salary, pension scheme, good work - life balance. Kind and mostly helpful staff. Very good company core values however not used by management towards labour crew.

      Cons

      No teamwork or collaboration between office and production crews due to HR manager aggressive stance towards to production workers.

      One of the best company to work with considering the following points: 1. Flexi-time 2. Perfect work culture and friendly environment 3. up to 26 days of annual holidays

      Cons

      It is an international company and sometimes surprisingly you may have wait for several days to get your work done!
