Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits, hard working younger staff, CEO is a nice person

Cons

Cult like culture, people say they adhere to the core values, but everyone makes fun of them on the side. The thing that bugged me most is the severe overbilling of clients; everyone is so worried about hitting their "Utilization Rate" that they purposely overbill clients. The people that bill the most are held on a pedestal, but they're actually cheating clients out of money. Luckily I have heard that people in the industry are catching on.

Pros

The team is very close; they try to keep a good culture. Good experience in the engineering industry. I work well under pressure so the sink-or-swim environment was beneficial for quick learning .

Cons

You will be swamped, under-appreciated, gaslit, and underpaid. All they care about is hitting hiring goals; this will be the impending downfall of the company (now branch of Rimkus Consulting). They hire kids out of college and put heavy responsibilities on their shoulders without allowing them to learn at an average pace. Due to this, the quality of products has immensely decreased, and everyone's sanity is non-existent. There is no such thing as work/life balance here; I can't even count the amount of personal events/appointments I've had to cancel in order to "get work done" and hit rushed/last-minute deadlines. It was a great company; it is no longer a great company. During COVID, we had to use our own PTO while they hired new people to hit made-up goals and stepped on our heads to get higher. Disappointing is an understatement. People coming in (with no experience) are being paid almost double what current employees are making so that they can hit their numbers. Save yourself the headache and avoid.
