Pros

Nothing feels as good as leaving this company

Cons

I only worked at this company for a week. My bad for making such a bad decision to join this company. I can't figure out how this company has been in business so long with the way they treat their sales reps. Perhaps they hire them simply to be telemarketers and the churn works in their favor. The other 3 sales reps were only at the company for only 4 - 8 months. And the sales rep who was there for 8 months just quit and another one was interviewing. The two owners are a husband and a wife. The husband rules by intimidation. He will make you feel like an idiot for asking a question about something you rightfully have no idea what the answer is. I heard one negative comment after another, And I never heard something positive. There wasn't a single document - other than marketing literature - that provided any information to help me sell better. I believe this is because his lack of trust in his employees. The wife was dehumanizing. She never bothered to welcome me to her company and passed by my desk 10x a day and never bothered to acknowledge my existence. In regards to "reading the fine print', be sure to read the HR Manual BEFORE you accept the job. There are things in that manual that make you think you are working in a McDonalds. One last thing - you will be required to sign a global, 12-months non-compete the forbids you to not only sell similar software for a competitor, but also forbids you to even consult in the industry. Please note, this is most probably not enforceable in CT. Since I have resigned, I have received 3 emails and letters reminding me of the non-compete.

Pros

None. At all. at all. at all. at all. at all. Nothing. Nada. Zip

Cons

As someone else stated ..the owner tries to lead by fear. I heard him yelling and cursing on the phone with his office door wide open. He was yelling at his wife, who also works at the company. I feel terrible for her that she has to put up with that. My second day there I was told by a fellow employee that people do not last there long at all. They see what a bully the owner is and jump ship. Seriously ..get a clue and get over yourself with your over exaggerated boston accent. I don't how you stay in business and anyone applying to your company I have only few words of advice....Run and run far.

Pros

Very slick set up, well thought out to be the cult of personality. Everyone lives to serve Scott Tarlow and his 1 man band show. Fast paced, non stop activity for everyone who toil away from 8:30am to 5:30pm He has built a nice business for himself, approx 4.1 MM per S & P Not sure how much he reinvests back into the business

Cons

Nothing but smoke and mirrors here, very sick website and promo material. Arduous task master to say the least. You will never have the information to do properly, until there is a mistake/problem, then it's your problem. High Turnover, people come and go.
