They have an ok-ish 401K and some other alright benefits under lithia now.

Cons

Long hours, new employees make considerably more than people who have worked there for years, constantly asked to skip your lunch, a few managers are very inappropriate twords female employees and customers, constantly lied to.

There is a core group that will be at any dealership for awhile and over time people move on or move up. Suburban has always been flexible with my schedule when I've been in school. There is room to work your way up if you excel.

Cons

A lot of people come and go in this business and its a difficult life style with the hours and working more around the holidays as oppossed to getting time off.
