Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience as we strive to ensure all our employees have a positive one; however, we understand that this isn't always feasible. We have to admit we are a bit confused by this review as all you mention to back up the claim that we are "cult" is that we encourage our employees to spend time together. It is not mandatory to spend time with the other employees but it is encouraged because we enjoy each other's company and we have a tight-knit team. This in no way makes us a "cult." We are a legitimate operating business incorporated in the state of New Jersey.
