Good benefits but not worth it

Pros

Remote Good benefits, good insurance plan options Good amount of sick days and PTO

Cons

Leadership is disorganized, if you ask 3 managers the same question they will give you vastly different answers. No one is aligned on anything. Workflows are constantly changing without enough user testing causing tons of issues when new workflows drop. Culture is trending negatively due to constant workflow changes and micromanagement and conflicting priorities. Lack of empathy from upper management over aggressively high metrics that are almost impossible to meet. Heavy focus on quantity over quality despite upper management preaching quality constantly. Leadership changes are constant and is concerning for lower level employees.

Pros

Pros: The only real benefit was gaining experience in a fast-paced care coordination environment. It helped build multitasking skills, and a few coworkers were genuinely helpful.

Cons

Cons: My experience was dominated by what felt like excessive micromanagement and a very inconsistent management culture. There was a noticeable lack of fairness in how employees were treated, and it often felt like favoritism influenced who was supported or given opportunities to advance. There also appeared to be a pattern where internal relationships and personal connections within the department had more influence than actual performance, which made it difficult to feel like growth was based on merit. Communication from care coordinator leads was another major issue. Despite expectations for staff to respond quickly and professionally, urgent messages, call-outs, and escalations were often ignored or significantly delayed by leadership. This created unnecessary stress and left employees without support when it was needed most. Overall, the environment felt disorganized at the leadership level, with poor communication, uneven management practices, and a lack of accountability.
