Pros
Pay is generally competitive. If you perform well the bonus can be quite large. Company overall is doing well financially. Bullish on the stock (not public).
Cons
Some teams dont even making sense being there and there are severely incompetent leaders. Luckily they have already transferred internally to other roles. This company keeps rotating people who dont know risk to lead risk, just because they are at the company long time and maybe have a track record on something entirely different.
