Pros
People are OK, most of them Good wage + bonus + other allowances OK benefits.
Cons
Disorganized, at least in some departments that I worked with. There isn't the concept of teamwork and everyone has a secret agenda going on (at least in my department). Managers lack some serious managerial skills at least in Malta location. Unique perspectives and ways to tackle things isn't appreciated. Things are done the way the Manager wants to and there isn't room to experiment and R&D for continuous improvement. From an IT perspective the infrastructure is a mess and some basic system functions are lacking, which isn't to be expected from a company that has been open for 10+ years. Not much room to grow.
