Working at this company has been an amazing experience. They genuinely care about their employees, Offering both support and freedom to express ideas. Leadership is understanding and always willing to listen. The company invests in skill development through various courses, encouraging continuous growth. Company provides a positive, and dynamic work environment where you feel valued and empowered.
Cons
Nothing much to say here, seriously. However, since its a remote job, having team interactions once or twice a year would be great. Other than that, it's all positive, and I am excited to see how the company evolves and grows in the future.

I have been working with SB from last 8 months and I am grateful for the incredible experience. The company genuinely prioritizes employee well-being, ensuring a healthy balance between work and personal life. The quality of work is great, engaging projects, opportunities for growth keep me motivated. The salary is highly competitive, with a substantial in-hand component. Seniors Provide invaluable guidance, mentorship and support. My colleagues are supportive, collaborative and knowledgeable. Teamwork is genuinely valued. Regular reviews and appraisals in every 6 months. This keeps employees driven and focused on growth.
Cons
Need to build relationship with new employees. It is permanent WFH to all employees so that according to me company can keep 1-2 hours of funday within team so that team members interact with each other and plays different games remotely or can arrange get together of all employees once/twice in year.
