- Work starts late (9.30am) - New Laptop - Good office location

Cons

- Colleagues who are unsure about what they need to do and will throw you under the bus (unclear job responsibilities) - Can succeed if you boot-lick enough or if you are friends with the higher management - Unprofessional workplace and non-encouraging work relationships - Start-up with no actual directions - Unreasonable deadlines - No training provided

Manager is very bias towards her own close friends and ex colleague. The job scope is unclear, a lot of impromptu urgent work and tight deadlines.
