- There were no salary bands, so one person in the team could be getting 25-30k per year less than someone else, that's on the same level. As, apparently the hierarchy in this company was flat and you all got the same responsibilities unless you are a tech lead or in upper management, then obviously those have more responsibilities.
- Long hours of work, especially when they are major incidents.
- No real opportunity for improvement and skill developments as sometimes you could just get stuck doing support for lond running incidents.
