nice people to work with, all ex marketeers

Cons

Founder/owner still runs it, If you dont do it her way, you're out. You get graded on how sociable you are with other stopgappers outside of working hours and woe betide if you happen to have other interests. You even get phoned up when you''re off sick to do some work, etc. I moved to another recruiter and am MUCH happier.

Pros

One of the best recruitment agencies out there. Driven by customer service and expertise in marketing rather than sales like so many others out there makes it a refreshing place to work as a recruiter. Staff are largely ex marketers rather than recruitment consultants which makes a difference.

Cons

Privately owned, entrepreneur run business has its drawbacks. If you don't like the way its run then you wont last long!
