Incredibly stressful and intense, meaning that you are forced to work above your ability, ensuring the need to develop high organisation skills is mandatory.
Cons
Easily the worst management I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Enjoys belittling employees, micro-management, rudeness, sacking without reason. Genuinely disgusting practices. Head of Products & Commercial was particularly difficult and rude.
