Pros

The CEO and founder Laura would take care of everyone and treated everyone like family. Also provided lunches, and retreats. Was extremely understanding when people went though rough times and would even allow to people work from home. Was sad to hear she resigned from the company.

Cons

They recently hired this new CFO named Reggie Groves. Who is just completely disorganized and inept. What was really pathetic was she just started slandering and made up lies against Laura once she resigned with no evidence. Just childish new management.

Pros

Laura Perryman the former CEO and founder was amazing! She genuinely cares for her employees and developed a family type atmosphere. I absolutely loved working at Stimwave while under Laura’s leadership. She was fair and genuine! Not greedy like the new leadership that is there now. They have the “good ole boys club” mentality and have no regard for women or loyalty to the employees who made Stimwave successful until they ruined it by taking over Laura’s company and slandering her name with lies.

Cons

The new management is awful! I couldn’t take their bullying any longer. When I reported the men in “power” to HR, I was conveniently furloughed shortly thereafter. Best thing that could’ve possibly happened so I could get away from this company.

Overseeing that everyone had what the needed to be able to execute theirs tasks. Always coordinated awesome perks for her employees, Free Lunches on Friday's, Yoga classes, Outdoor get together's for all employees. Lot of work but good environment

Cons

Current Leadership is awful and clueless Management changed and environment shifted to a toxic, threatening and completely disorganized one, very sad
