Employees are amazing! Benefits and pay are great.
Cons
Leadership needs to get extensive training on leading, or let someone else take care of that. Partners will yell and cuss at employees, talk poorly about them behind their back (and sometimes within earshot), talk disparagingly about clients in company meetings, and support a very toxic environment.
Also, when the positive review was posted on this site, I was the ONLY Admin in the office. It was obviously posted by one of the partners.
