      Pros

      Step into Teaching are very keen to get you into the job ASAP. The timesheet system was easy to use. Working in a school was rewarding.

      Cons

      A distinct lack of communication. No holiday pay. No communication between SIT and your head of department so nobody knows of any changes.

      They catered my needs and experience within a lovely school and in my expertise of art and being an art graduate. Loved working alongside the staff and students

      Cons

      Only downside would be that it is an agency and no term term holiday pay
