Pros
The coworkers are nice, when you get to work with them. A few of the children are nice to work with. Looks good on a resume; many employers like to see that you can explain things to others.
Cons
Low pay, poor curriculum, and little to no disciplinary measures in place, leading to a classroom full of entitled children. Owner seems mistrustful of employees, and tends towards micromanagement. Tasks are often assigned with no context given. This is an hourly position, and your hours can be reduced without notice.
