Strong and reputable, respectful of their clients. I loved my job while working there. Somewhat flexible schedule. Some nice and caring co-workers and management folks. I still recommend Steel Encounters Inc. to many who are in need for their services.
Cons
Work environment unnecessarily challenging, especially when some management folks take more power then they are entitled. Frequent overturn of workforce; not well paid. Wish the general manager would rid the company of few persons who are toxic for it's greater success. Those very person(s) suggest the company get rid of best employees (fabricates reasons) so they would not loose their position to them (because they don't do very much).
Some very dedicated people who work together to overcome the lack of cohesive leadership. Field leadership is top notch and carries the company.
Cons
Management micro manages all aspects and rewards based on compliance and acceptance of total submission. No ideas allowed that don’t come from management.
