Pros
Nothing much to share. Good for referrals, friends and family.
Cons
One of the biggest concerns was the workplace culture. In my experience, HR did not actively promote a culture of fairness, transparency, or accountability. Instead, practices that appeared to encourage favoritism, internal politics, and inconsistent decision-making were often overlooked or normalized. Rather than acting as an impartial employee advocate, HR seemed to reinforce these patterns, creating an environment where personal connections frequently appeared to matter more than merit. This had a negative impact on employee morale, trust, and overall workplace culture. No work life balance for genuine ones where uncountable merits and perks for the friends and families
