Not what they seem

Pros

The benefits are above average.

Cons

There is a tremendous amount of nepotism and favoritism within the company. They also do not have a very diverse staff in terms of race and religion, although the male-female ratio is good. Worst problem is that they try to position themselves as a highly ethical company when really they will bend many of their own rules and policies if it suits them, I would exercise caution in considering a job there.
