    Good working conditions. Good pay and nice working hours.

    Not much oppourtunity to move up within the organiazation. With any retail job at times you have very little to be doing and other times you are crazy busy.

    I worked at Stant Manufacturing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Absolutely none, this is seriously the worst place you will ever work.

    Cons

    The worst, greediest, lying, two-faced company you will ever work for. They will steal your time and money from you any way they can. The plant is ran so poorly and management is inept to do anything about it but bow their chest at employees to get what they want to try and cut costs to the point of no return.
