Pros
Lots of great opportunity to do anything. Its a great environment to work in. Everyone is friendly and it seems like they've really changed everything about this place. They seem to be all about building their brand and growing towards a great future. They are always looking to improve and are always looking for ideas on improving processes and their business. They are very flexible with allowing people to be in roles where they feel comfortable and fit in well. Feels like a great investment for my future.
Cons
Its a growing company so theres a lot they need to get done and fixed but thats just more part of the growing process than a con.

Really friendly environment with a family feel. The management cares about the well-being of their employees. The company is growing at a rapid pace and there is so much opportunity
Cons
No workplace is perfect but management is actively working making this company a better place
