      I think that sometimes the workload can be heavy, especially near project deadlines. I would appreciate more regular support in managing tasks to avoid burnout, especially during busy times.

      Pros

      Data that they needed was unique and fun to research. Everyone who worked there was working for a common goal which was cool.

      Cons

      Startup life isn't for everyone and I found over time it wasn't for me. Data was needed quickly more often than not and it was only me finding it which proved to be difficult at times.
