      * The team is made up of smart and talented individuals * Flexible woking hours with no judgement * Frequent 1 on 1's with line mangers * Truly passinate about the product

      Pros

      A wonderful, supportive team Great room for progression and learning with funded training and plenty of time to achieve personal goals Work hours are flexible and there is wonderful understanding for a work/life balance

      Cons

      This is honestly the best work environment I have come across. The only con I find is that the office can feel small when everyone is in. But this rarely happens
