A nice team Some lovely people remain (though many were made redundant)

Cons

Bad financial situation, redundancies after redundancies so it feels like there is no job security. Overworked as there aren't enough people Leaders don't seem down to earth or to care much - big goals but not realistic No career opportunities and pay is relatively low

Cons

Senior leadership team- not visible Communication poor Redundancies in 2024 due to "no money" who then after 6 months recruit to very similar roles that they made redundant. If your face fits your job is secure.
