      Quarterly bonus, free insurance for single person but con is not for family plans, food catered roughly once a month

      Cons

      Nepatism to a certain extent, racist and sexist remarks on the shop floor, management either has no idea what's going on or turns a blind eye, productivity and monetary gain for the company are seemingly the most important aspects to management, bad employee mentality, decently high turnover rate in the last several years at certain locations
