Management is awful here. They favor the people who hardly work and are extremely two-faced. They are embarrassingly incompetent, and I honestly don't understand why they are at the top (especially since they constantly have to ask lower managers to do their work for them- including firing people).
When you walk into Spreemo for the first time, you'll be surprised by the office. Whether its a good surprise or a bad surprise depends on your personality and level of professionalism. Professional adults would be shocked to see that the majority of the office, specifically the people in the front of the office, work about 1/4 of the time. The rest of the time, they are talking loudly about personal lives. If you're not used to a professional environment and are looking for a fun time with other young people, it's probably a pleasant surprise that Spreemo merit is based on popularity and "team morale". There are some people who will stick with Spreemo for years, however the majority will probably leave within a few months to a year.
The workload is so ridiculously poorly divided. The people who actually work go unappreciated, and those who hardly work are awarded with things like gift cards for being "nominated" by others. So basically, its literally a popularity contest....and it's weird.
