Pros

Nice location, all young staff, flexible work hours, hires people right out of college. There are some really great people there, some of whom actually work really hard.

Cons

Management is awful here. They favor the people who hardly work and are extremely two-faced. They are embarrassingly incompetent, and I honestly don't understand why they are at the top (especially since they constantly have to ask lower managers to do their work for them- including firing people). When you walk into Spreemo for the first time, you'll be surprised by the office. Whether its a good surprise or a bad surprise depends on your personality and level of professionalism. Professional adults would be shocked to see that the majority of the office, specifically the people in the front of the office, work about 1/4 of the time. The rest of the time, they are talking loudly about personal lives. If you're not used to a professional environment and are looking for a fun time with other young people, it's probably a pleasant surprise that Spreemo merit is based on popularity and "team morale". There are some people who will stick with Spreemo for years, however the majority will probably leave within a few months to a year. The workload is so ridiculously poorly divided. The people who actually work go unappreciated, and those who hardly work are awarded with things like gift cards for being "nominated" by others. So basically, its literally a popularity contest....and it's weird.

Pros

absolutely, positively no pros to this atrocity of a company. Spreemo is the vermin of the healthcare industry! A disgrace to all that is existing!

Cons

Spreemo Health, the vermin of the healthcare industry, has been purchased by their biggest competitor who they used to criticize on a daily basis. As a company that was founded on overworking their employees on a minimum wage salary, it is no surprise to me that Spreemo Health has fell flat on their face. I worked here for a year and a half and was met with criticism by the unqualified leaders whose previous positions were baristas. We would be micromanaged and ridiculed for everything. We were called out for even going to the kitchen to get water or coffee. A complete failure of a company. Unfair favoritism, low wages, micro-managing and unqualified people running the show. STAY FAR AWAY if you have self respect. -Poorly managed -Terrible leaders who have 0 experience -Anti-Social communications managers who do not know social queus -Unfair favoritism -Unfair workloads -Terrible pay! -High expectations -Poorly executed business model -You get in trouble for going to the bathroom too long -You get in trouble for getting coffee for "too long" -No freedom -No amenities -Terrible healthcare benefits
