You can choose when you want to work and where, it was great whilst I was at Uni. Really interesting events and lovely people to work with.

Cons

You don’t always work with the same people so there is a lot of socialising and meeting new people

Great for students due to 0 hour contract, very flexible in terms of choosing when to work and pay is above industry standard. Can work some very cool events and environment fosters strong friendship building

Cons

Very seasonal, office can be quite hectic, hard-work can go unnoticed unless specifically pointed out, coworker skillset and attitude is varied
