Pros

The clients are the main reason that this job was worth it. I miss them all very much.

Cons

The whole company as a unit does not care about the staff. The open door policy is a joke. Retaliation happened to me and several other staff. The manager of the house I worked in runs off people and lies to upper office to get the job done. She puts staff and clients against each other. Just really bad there..

Pros

Amazing benefits package but not worth the stress of working for the company.

Cons

The company is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and unethical. The CFO is the most toxic person you may ever meet and many people are terrified of this person. This person lacks respect for everyone they come in contact with and is quick to belittle you even when you host more knowledge about a specific subject. This person is destroying the company from the inside out resulting in a high turnover rate. The CEO/President does not care about the employees and how the company could run more smoothly. The CEO/President is scared of the CFO resulting in an extremely unprofessional work environment where no matter what you are doing, it is always wrong. This company holds extremely unrealistic expectations for its employees and does not care to hear about the reality of these unrealistic expectations. In addition to the toxic work environment is the questionable ethics of the company. The entire organization is completely out of control and it is nothing less than a miracle that they are still in existence.

Pros

Flexible hours in the DSP program. Due to understaffing, overtime is easy to get. Excellent managers.

Cons

Low pay, getting mandated when people call in, burnout, being understaffed. COVID has made it hard for us to have staff meetings, which causes a breakdown in the sense of teamwork that we could otherwise have.
