Sparrows is a oil & gas company that services offshore cranes in the Gulf of Mexico. so with the decline in the price of oil they had a lay off and I got caught up in that number.

Most Managers seem like they don't know what is going on unless they are all talking about each other. There are too many "clicks" between employees. You can tell a Manager about another Department Manager doing wrong and you get "it's not my problem" statement, then to bring it up to higher Management, yeah you do that, get another job because you will need one. Ask to get something done and you might, just might see it get done, but if you can do it yourself, do it. Corp location is one huge soap show. Really sketchy people working in there, all they want is the higher job with more pay, and stabbing everyone else in the process. A hand full are really nice and worth calling a co-worker.
