      Great coworkers but leadership creates operational issues

      Pros

      Coworkers are kind and exhibit solid teamwork. Compensation (in some areas) is decent.

      Cons

      President/CEO changes frequently. Leadership choices have led to operational inefficiencies and increased burdens on frontline employees. Compensation often unbalanced.

      Pros

      Co-workers have a great sense of comradery. Location is in gorgeous mountains. Benefits have held cost for a few years now.

      Cons

      Poorly managed with a lot of management turn around. They've been off shoring positions to India, engineering, supply chain, and support positions. Lots of chaotic activity due to old tools, management shifting priorities.

      Pros

      You will work with some fantastic people that care deeply about the mission of the company. I still root for the company's long term success,,, for the sake of both the customers and the employees.

      Cons

      Company needs to reinvent itself from the inside out to deliver new products, and to ensure compliance with FDA standards. And change is not easy for a legacy company.
