Cons
Over worked and under staffed constantly. Managers constantly giving you work even though they know you are stretched thin then complain sometimes even to the client about the department. Same mistakes happen consistently, No forward planning at all by management including how they are going to fill new contracts signed. Lack of training to contractors and all the blame goes to them despite their low pay and lack of any formal training by sxp.
