Cons
- Hero culture and Feature Factory approach - Engineers' performance is measured by activity and output (e.g, KPIs and Story Points) instead of actual outcomes and "invisible" work that you can't put on a spreadsheet - Team collaboration is disincentivized by "objective" performance reviews
