      friendly and nice colleagues benefits fair salary Good opportunity to try new things but it doesn't go further than that!

      Cons

      No clear direction or vision from management. No one knows what the company is doing or headed, management is shuffling around the engineers in a sad attempt to keep them happy. Tons of great projects get tossed around, shut down, and picked up years later.
