Poor Infrastructure. Washroom smells like anything. Treat employee as a labour. No carieer growth plan. Cost cutting behaviour. No emphasis on leadership creation. Not at all good company for high achievers.

Everything. You have to work for 12 hours everyday. And I really mean it as everyday. If you have completed your work and you are fresher, you are not allowed to leave on time, spend 11-12 hrs in office then only you can leave. Boss will call you on a given date as joining date, you have wait outside for atleast 3-4 hours, then he will ask you to come next day for the formalities and that is also your joining date. Salary is far below average. I spend more for traveling and tiffin than I earn here. Too much work load, even you are fresher, you have to complete the given task within time, else they will deduct money. If you take a leave for emergency purpose, you have to show docs in favour of it. And yes, they will deduct money for it too. If you are late by 15-20 mins for two day, you will receive mail from the boss. He will not give you any offer letter or joining letter. I saw 3 seniors, after serving for 2-3 years when they wanted to resign, the boss didn't provide any experience certificate to them. Now they do not have any proof that they ever worked here. You will be treated like a street animal, no life at all. They deduct money for PF and ESI, but we never got any receipts or doc regarding this, even we were never asked to open any account but they deducted money. And ofcourse, they hire you as software sales and development employee but after working for 1 week, you will discover you are actually working in Dipti Consultancy Pvt Ltd. I never got the logic. And many, many more....
