Changes for the worst

Pros

What a difference. the entire management team has changed for the worst. I have written a good review of this company in the past, now I am looking for a new position somewhere else. Several key experienced employees have left or been let go. Some lower level people are still working here, but I many of us will be leaving soon. I am still working here because of my co-workers. As the best and brightest leave, it will be difficult for me to stay.

Cons

Customer satisfaction is low and is getting worse. All the employees that have driven their customer success stories are no longer with the company. This company used to value their employees and had great team work. That is quickly changing with the new management team. Sales team has had incredible turn over, most new hires have not made it thru a year. Bonus structure has always been a myth. Although I have hit the requirements, i have never been paid. Billable hours expectation is unrealistic and unobtainable. No one in organization can come close for any length of time. I have hit the expectation for short periods of time- but it requires a 60 + hours work week. This level of performance is exhausting. Worst yet, when I ever got close to hitting the mark, management would assign me to fix others mistakes, and this did not count toward 'billable time'. I know many of my co-workers inflate their billing to improve their hours. I have been willing to put up with sub par benefits and compensation because I had the pleasure of working in a great environment with co workers that I considered my friends. I had a great boss that admired and trusted. With the new management team, and the loss of some great team members, I think I will need to move on soon.

Horrible place to work

Pros

Candidly, there is nothing positive or differential about this place.

Cons

The management is a challenge starting with , the C suite downstream. Middle management changed multiple times while I was there. The ceo, to be blunt, is a con man. He talks about wanting to do things the right way, but doesn’t lead by example. I’m not sure that he fully understands the business he is in, or customer service. Additionally the people he surrounds himself with have the same outlook. The sales department is a just as unethical. There are executives that record clients and prospects without their consent while on site. From a cultural value point of view, the pressure to get the deal is more important than satisfying the client. There is no concern for successfully completing a project, just a focus on grabbing a quick buck. During my time there, we were unable to provide one reference client to a prospect. One of the executives offered to have a previous client at a previous employer as a reference. There is no HR team, benefits are expensive, and the onboarding process is completely undefined. The recruitment process is a horrid as well. They try to apply bulky tactics to get candidates to sign up quickly. It’s really a red flag that some and we’re not transparent on basic information. I.E. company revenue, number of clients, or average sale. All of these items were misrepresented to me in the recruitment.
