Sofigate Group is divided into three different companies in Finland and two companies in Sweden, each providing either management / process consulting or technology services and products like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, SalesForce and ServiceNow. The company will struggle the next following years with over-aged people working as "private entrepreneurs" with a significant salary costs. Great deal of Sofigate's turnover comes from the external subcontractors' wor so the actual business knowledge and understanding is pretty much outsourced. Instead, Sofigate tries to provide PowerPoint-built models for business governance, business technology drifts and digital changes without any understanding of modern digitalization concepts and requirements for business both as an human or technical investment. This kind of action do not encourage people to grab on practical issues and actual challenges which leads to mental laziness and PowerPoint presentations, and can be seen all through the company's state of mind. Technologies mentioned above are somewhat out-dated and very expensive with long-term implementation projects, and therefore they are quite hard to sell but only for big, world-wide operating companies. It's certainly very exciting for younger "advisor" to start the career in this kind of company but in the long run if one do not get anything else than joining for the endless meetings, creating pptx's with rubbish content and learning only some SAFE4 -concepts only to "stay smart" , I would recommend to get a proper job.
