Here one can have a good work-life balance. On time payment.

Cons

Company's growth curve is going downward for a long time. No new goals are set. No scope for self growth. Very ugly micro management. Company's owner and his family members run the business. One can work here for a long duration, keeping his/her head down and without any goal for career growth.
