Pros

A Place to get a foot in the door, to get a title you never deserved, and then fail miserably in your next position because you were never trained and really dont know how to do your job well.

Cons

Ran by a bunch of theater kids who were probably bullied but really wanted to be frat boys. Shocking they never got sued. MANY instances where they'd pay women about half of men with the same length of tenure and experience. Weak leadership who'd disappear when you'd need them. Clients thought of them like the garbage men of the industry. The vendor of last resort when the time and budgets were turned down by everyone else.
