      Pros

      You will learn a lot since you are working for a startup company.

      Cons

      I just don't see the company surviving. Prioritize billing at the expense of clients. Everything is about MONEY! As you might notice if their is a bad review then it must be a "troll." The reply from management is to come and confront us if you want change! No, their are multiple bad reviews because you are unethical and treat employees horribly!

      // Healthy SNACKS! (and coffee) // A great maternity leave policy // They've created an environment that pushes you (in a good way) to do your best work // They value your career goals and encourage you to continue your education // No micro-management and your ideas are respected Overall, SmartPath has been the best place I've worked so far. I get to wear several hats, the work never gets boring, and I've learned so much.

      Cons

      If you're wanting to work here, be ready to WORK! They expect a lot from their employees; you'll do much more beyond the "typical" financial coach role. Not a con for me, I'm pretty sure I'm a workaholic, but may be a con for some people.

      Pros

      *Employee's well being and work satisfaction is are very important to management *The focus every day is around client satisfaction and helping customers vs billables *The general office vibe is very positive and people enjoy coming to work and interacting with each other *Untracked vacation and focus on work-life balance is extremely important

      Cons

      *Office culture is extremely important so they are extra picky on who is invited to an interview and who are extended offers. They are one of the most selective firms I have seen.
