-Not the most diverse team, especially among execs (plenty of white males) -No 401k match -3 weeks of PTO (plus 1 week of company shutdown in the Summer): not bad, but also no policy for gaining PTO based on tenure at the company.

I would not say any cons but as we grow up as company, would like to see offerings like 1- 401K match 2- commuter benefits including toll bridge 3- Compensation package ( base salary plus stock options) have room to improve
