      Pros

      Great flexibility here in terms of working hours. People here are generally nice too.

      Cons

      PIs are usually from MIT and do not based in SG. Hence, not much communication and interaction with them. This caused the working environment to be very slow-paced. Not good if you are a passionate researcher.
