Cons
They make it seem like you’re doing real sales and you are actually just a glorified front desk of an office building. Management will still micromanage you doing that. They’re greedy, incompetent, and this job is a waste of time.
1. You’re have great help from the management team.
2. Everyone is super friendly.
3. You get to be extremely creative with events.
4. Have already built a lot of good lasting relationships.
Cons
Not that I could think of. You just make the most of it like any other job.
