Their business practices are problematic:
* They expect people to do a trial run before extending employment offers. They do not pay market rates for these “traction projects”. I do not know how they work with candidates who are currently employed by companies whose rules would not allow such secondary gigs.
* They have a 45 hour week! If I had known this, I would have never considered them. (The 40-hour week was hard won by US labor activists, and it should be respected.)
