Pros
S&A was a great place to work. I worked for the CEO and really liked the work experience. Since I left, they did a focus on having happy employees which I expect I'd like.
Cons
Can't think of any. They're a partner firm of UKG, so they're pretty tied to them.

Pros
The team feels like a family; you already have someone there ready to support you and help you grow as an individual and as a professional. There is very little micro management, and so many opportunities to expand your career in various ways. The culture is very supportive of work life balance in ways I've never experienced at any other company. The team is very multicultural from all over the world while the team feels very close knit and inclusive.
Cons
It is a smaller company that is growing, so there are the expected growing pains. Developing and refining processes are commonplace. While these aren't perfected, they are still clearly heading in the right direction and still very much supportive of employees regardless.
